Today we take Behind the GRIND to the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. In the GRIND seat, we have Senior Pastor Jose Mendez of Jehovah Shammah INT P.R. I’ve interviewed several leaders on Behind the GRIND, but today’s leader shares a perspective of leadership during a crisis. In this episode, we discuss his leadership experience during both Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes. Also, he talks about the richness of the culture of Puerto Rico and beauty of the island. Pastor Mendez is driven by passion to serve others in need and is a true example of a servant leader.
